Our Founder
HILLS Properties was founded by Murray Guttman with the mission to build and manage exceptional real estate. Murray began his homebuilding career guided by his entrepreneurial spirit of continuously improving business practices to provide exceptional value for every HILLS product in the communities we live and work. HILLS has advanced as a staple in our communities and is now led by second and third generation partners and operates as privately owned.
Our Team of Experts
Our team of professionals work in unison to purchase land, entitle, develop, construct and manage multifamily apartment projects across the U.S. and commercial property in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are currently active in 4 states and have delivered over 6,100 apartments. Our achievements demonstrate that HILLS has become an expert in forecasting trends and delivering a collection of living and retail options which attain rapid success in the marketplace.
